A year at our school

Lurnea High School has been recognised by the NSW Department of Education for lifting HSC results year on year and achieving outstanding results in the 2025 HSC!

2025 Middle Eastern Workshop.

Strengthening Connection and Empowering Middle Eastern Students was the workshop theme. Encouraging our students to build confidence and leadership skills, foster pride in cultural identity, encourage positive behaviour and goal setting.

Career Pathways U@Uni Academy Program for 2026

Six of our Year 10 students had the incredible opportunity to read their own picture books live on the radio. Sharing their stories with confidence and creativity, they spoke beautifully and proudly represented our school to a wider audience.

Their voices, ideas and storytelling talents truly shone as they read their work aloud, showing great courage and enthusiasm. We are so proud of the way they embraced this opportunity and brought their stories to life.
